Genesis Dailo brings a wealth of experience in customer service to every role she undertakes. With four years as a secretary at a law firm, she honed her organizational skills and attention to detail. Transitioning to the dynamic environment of call center operations, Genesis spent two years as a technical and logistics agent, mastering problem-solving and client communication.
Driven by a passion for excellence, Genesis later pivoted to virtual assistance, providing dedicated support to an insurance company based in Florida. In this role, she demonstrated her adaptability and resourcefulness, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service to clients. She is super excited to join our Client Care Coordinator.
Outside of work, Genesis finds joy in spending time with her little sister, watching animated movies during her free time. Additionally, she is captivated by the cosmos, dreaming of witnessing the aurora lights someday.
