The report was very easy to understand and helped us prioritize maintenance items, and he gave a helpful in-person summary at the end of the inspection with his biggest takeaways. I used Isaac with House Call for the purchase of my primary home. My parents are coming to live closer to me and we called Isaac again. Just as suspected, job well done, always a pleasure to work with him. I even had questions for him 8 months after my inspection about my home today and with no hesitation was given guidance/suggestions. There was also a point I called six months after my home inspection. I left a voicemail and he called me back within probably less than 10 minutes.
