New Construction Inspections

Our inspector Adam was absolutely fantastic! He was very very thorough in his inspection and he found a couple minor things that the builder will need to fix prior to closing. Adams was very complimentary of the builder and his quality of work and craftsmanship displayed in the home I am buying. Highly recommend them for any of your inspection needs!

I had a great experience with Rich! He was very friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain things to us. We felt taken care of and would recommend him and House Call to friends and family!

A lot of this review is based on our interactions with Rich. He’s a very courteous, knowledgeable inspector that just so happened to be doing our inspection during the solar eclipse. My family and I hung outside to watch while Rich was doing his inspection. Just before the eclipse peaked, Rich was done and we invited him to watch with us and shared our solar glasses with him so he didn’t miss it. We’ll never forget him for two reasons, he was on time, professional, and courteous but also because we shared a once in 20 years solar eclipse with him.

Very thorough inspection and well explained throughout. My clients were very happy with the services they received.
