Mr. Ripley inspected a house I was buying and did an incredible job. He provided several pictures and videos and a detailed explanation of the issues that the property had. He checked everything inside and outside of the house and provided great communication and information and I would recommend House Call to anyone who is in need of an inspection of a home they are buying or preparing to sell. The price wasn't as bad as I was expecting either, so that was just a little bonus when I was dealing with so many details during this process.

We used House Call Home Inspection and were very satisfied with their thoroughness. Rich Baker was our inspector and after talking with him and watching him during the inspection it was easy to see that Rich was not some classroom educated kid with no real life experience in building/engineering. He was polite, informative, and wasn't afraid to get dirty, and I mean dirty, crawling around in an extremely tight crawlspace. His report was extensive and extremely useful in our house buying process.
