Termite Inspections and Treatments

I used Isaac with House Call for the purchase of my primary home. My parents are coming to live closer to me and we called Isaac again. Just as suspected, job well done, always a pleasure to work with him. I even had questions for him 8 months after my inspection about my home today and with no hesitation was given guidance/suggestions. There was also a point I called six months after my home inspection. I left a voicemail and he called me back within probably less than 10 minutes. Customer service, communication, and his job…..EXCEPTIONAL!!!!

I can't even begin to say how happy I am with my decision in choosing this company to do my inspections! House Call Home was able to give me a quick and easy quote over the phone and fit me in their schedule just a few days out. Being a first-time home buyer, this whole process is new and has been overwhelming at times, which is why I appreciate their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail even more. They have an easy to use (and share) portal that helps guide you through everything right from the beginning. From explaining and accepting your quote to signing your contract to viewing your results, they've made it simple.
I'm not certain how many inspectors House Call Home has on staff, but I was assigned Kenny Fedor. Like I mentioned before, I'm a first-time home buyer and this is all new to me, so I didn't know what kind of turnaround time on the reports I could expect. Reviews said they were fast, but I would have never imagined that with an estimated 3-hour inspection time, starting at 1pm, Kenny would send over his finalized results at 5:40pm.
If you've gone through or are currently going through closing, you know all too well how ridiculously fast you have to move at this stage. Not only was their report fast, but it was organized and had plenty of reference photos. Even in that quick turnaround time Kenny was able to markup the pictures so we could see what areas he was referencing. He also included informative statements and diagrams to help educate us on what we were, or in most cases, should be looking at.
I really can't say enough amazing things about this company. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know in need of an inspection in the future. Thank you for helping us learn everything we needed to about our new home!

My whole experience was extremely positive. Not only was the process seamless to me but my home Inspection was prompt, thorough and the report was prepared expeditiously and followed up by a phone call from Ricky that walked me through the entire report. I couldnt have been more pleased by the professionalism and friendly and courteous manner in which everything was handled.

The team was very responsive and were able to make it out to the home the next day. They performed an extremely thorough inspection with a detailed report, including pictures and a personalized video from the inspector. Kenny took special care to clean dust that fell from the attic and even took his shoes off to make sure he didn't leave footprints. If you're looking for a team you can trust with your future home, I would definitely recommend House Call!
