We used House Call Home Inspection and were very satisfied with their thoroughness. Rich Baker was our inspector and after talking with him and watching him during the inspection it was easy to see that Rich was not some classroom educated kid with no real life experience in building/engineering. He was polite, informative, and wasn't afraid to get dirty, and I mean dirty, crawling around in an extremely tight crawlspace. His report was extensive and extremely useful in our house buying process.
Strongly recommend if you need a home inspection.

Bill Harris preformed my inspection…he is absolutely hands down, the best. I chose him because he taught at a first time home owners class I took. He’s very knowledgeable and has years of experience. During my inspection serious issues with the property were discovered early on Bill was willing to put inspection on pause and discount the whole inspection. I truly can’t say enough positive things about Bill, he is definitely the one you want to request.
